APPLICATION
Patients are screened by the Cosmetic and Reconstructive Support Program of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. To qualify for treatment by a member of the Medical Advisory Board of Reconstructing Hope, a patient must have received the physical injuries from an abusive intimate partner or spouse, must have been out of the relationship for at least one year, and must-see a domestic violence advocate, social worker, counselor or therapist at least one time.
